Privacy Policy

The short version

Your contract PDF is processed in memory and immediately deleted after analysis. We never store, log, index, or share your contract documents or their contents.

What we process

When you upload a PDF, we:

1. Extract the text content in memory on our server
2. Send that text to the Anthropic API for analysis
3. Return the structured analysis result to your browser
4. Discard the file and text immediately — nothing is written to disk or a database

What we log

We log only metadata for abuse prevention and rate limiting:

• Your IP address (to enforce the 5-analyses-per-day limit)
• File size (to enforce the 10MB limit)
• Timestamp of the request

We do not log file names, file contents, or analysis results.

Email

If you provide your email address to unlock the full report, we use it to send you one email containing your analysis report. We do not subscribe you to marketing emails or share your address with third parties. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Third-party services

• Anthropic API — processes contract text for analysis. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosts the application. Standard server logs apply.
• Resend — sends the email report if you request it.

Data retention

Contract data: zero retention. IP rate-limit entries: reset every 24 hours. Email addresses: retained only for sending your report, then not further used.
